Sprout & Bloom offers Pots & Planters a 30-day return policy, allowing most online items to be returned either in-store or online for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For returns sent to our warehouse by mail, a 15% shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable. (Does not include live plants)
At Sprout & Bloom, we do not accept returns on plants due to their living nature, but we are committed to helping you nurture your plant to its full potential. If your plant appears damaged or is struggling, we offer personalized care support through our app, where you can receive expert advice, care tips, and even help diagnosing any issues. Additionally, suppose the plant’s condition cannot be improved through guidance. In that case, we will provide a one-time coupon for future purchases, based on the purchase price of the affected plant (excluding other plants). To access this support, submit a care request via the Sprout & Bloom app within 7 days of purchase, including clear photos and details of your plant’s condition.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused and in their original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, customers must provide suitable alternatives, including an external box and protective materials. Refunds will not be issued for fragile items that are improperly repackaged and arrive damaged. Be sure to include the original packing slip with your return.
To safeguard against fraud or abuse, Sprout & Style may request additional information or documentation, such as a government-issued photo ID, in certain cases to process returns, refunds, or replacements. Any personal information provided will be managed following our Privacy Notice, which can be accessed via the link at the bottom of this page.
